La CJC accueille les mineurs et n’oblige pas à être accompagné. Toutefois, si la personne le souhaite, elle peut venir avec un membre de son entourage ou d’une personne de confiance.
Elle accueille également l’entourage d’une personne présentant une problématique.
En effet, celui-ci peut se poser des questions sur la consommation d’un proche ou sur des comportements problématiques et/ou vouloir des informations.
